How can I get prices on lots?
We don’t price lots until we are close to completing construction and recording the plat. If you would like you can be added to an update list to be notified about the construction progress.
Can I reserve a lot?
We are no longer taking reservations. Lots will be released to preferred builders first and then to others on the list.
Do I have to be a builder?
No, you can purchase a lot without a builder.
How will I know when lots are ready for purchase?
You will need to email us to be added to an update list of the subdivision you are interested in. We will contact you periodically about construction progress and let you know when pricing is available. Feel free to contract us anytime you have a question in this process.
